ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY TERMS
Thank you for using eseafoods. These Terms of Service (Delivery terms) are intended to make you aware of do’s and don’ts of our service and responsibilities with respect to your access use of the Ennore’s Seafood website at www.eseafoods.in (the “Chennai’s Online Fish Market”).
These Delivery Terms are effective for all existing and future eseafoods users who order with us through online and through phone call.
We are Ennore’s Seafood, a fresh fish home delivery service from shore to door. A brand deals with all kind of sea fishes, prawns, crab, squid, oyster, lobster and dry fish.
1. Online Agreement
User: User or “You” or “Your” refers to you, as a user of the Services. A user is someone who accesses or uses the Services for the purpose of interest, sharing, displaying, ordering, publishing, transacting, or uploading information or views or pictures and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Services including without limitation a user having access to ‘service page’ to manage product listings or otherwise. Product we displayed in website can be accessed through website and restricted to copy and use it somewhere in online. Managing users delivery details and other service details with eseafoods are completely secured from other users and other network and hackers.
2. Service Guarantee
Product management team from Ennore’s Seafood manages all aspects of quality of the displayed products and no other contract or outsourced team is responsible for this. Product listed online are subject to availability, any out of season product which is in display will not be access for ordering purpose. Standard process is followed on handling the product from cleaning to packing.
All our seasonal fish varieties are accessed for ordering online through our own online software (www.oneeyedreams.com/eseafoods), order can also made via phone call at given phone number.
All your orders should be made one day before, our online software built in such a way so carefully choose the delivery time with is displayed in “fish basket”.
4. Minimum order Guarantee
We have minimum order guarantee both in quantity and cost value. These both terms are applicable for every order.
- Minimum order value varies for different location, if your order is below the minimum order value software don’t allows you to complete the order.
Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity and acceptance by us. When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we filled and approved your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will check availability of the product in season once again and delivery capacity.
If any issue on delivering the product like out of season, no fish catching due to climate any availability issue our concern executive will be contact you for an alternatives, its your wish to go for alternative or cancelling. Order after verifying with you will be sent as SMS for conformation from eseafoods.
Your details like name, phone number, email id, delivery address, land mark should be very clear for timely delivery, any of this details are not clear or wrong, our executives will try contact you to verify it, if still there’s a problem in identifying to exact delivery details the order placed will be cancelled and information will be send to the given mobile number and email address.
Price displayed for the product is depends on market, which will be changed in daily basis only if market changes. We don’t have any handling charges, packing charges. We too don’t have any service tax charges and VAT charges.
6. Coupon Usage
Coupon code is one time use, Coupon should be used for online purchase only, Coupon offer ( discount ) varies on daily basis, Every coupon should be returned on Delivery otherwise the offer ( discount ) won’t stand.!
7. Weighing policy
All our weighed fish are exactly done using the certified standard weighing machine. Weighing fish varieties are completely genuine; none of the fish varieties will be weighed lesser than the expected quantity given in the order.
Whole fish: These types of fish varieties will be weighed before trim, cut and clean. None of the fish varieties will be weighed below the quantity ordered. After the weighing process the fish will be trimmed, cut and cleaned, once this process is done the weight of the fish will be reduces because of removing gills, stomach part, and other unwanted parts from the fish you order. The reduce of the fish weight after cleaning process varies from different fish varieties for eg: seer fish is the one which has less bone, sea bass fish has large head and thicker bone, prawn head and its shell has the equal weight of the flesh.
Steaks: These types fish varieties will be weighed after trim, cut process then it takes to cleaning.
Fillets: These types fish varieties will be weighed after trim, cut process without bone and takes to cleaning
De-shell: De-shelled are done for prawn and crab varieties. Prawns are weighed before de-shell process
And de-shelled it on order request. This process removes the shell and head part of the prawn which comes about 48% to 55% from the total weight percentage.
De-vein: De-vein are done for large size prawn varieties. Prawns are weighed before de-shell and
de-vein process And de-shelled and de0-veined it on order request. This process removes the shell and head part of the prawn and de-vein which comes about 45% to 50% from the total weight percentage.
8. Cleaning Process
We cut and clean the fishes on your request, which is chargeable. You can also buy the fish with out this cleaning process that will be delivered as a whole fish. We have a standard process for cleaning the fresh seafood.
Whole fish: This choice of fish varieties will not be cut or cleaned this will be weighed on your quantity and packed as it is.
Whole fish – cleaned: On your request of cleaning the whole fish we take this in to our process.
Step1: We weigh the fish quantity and fix it to your specification of quantity.
Step2: We trim the skin and gills
Step3: We cut the fish at your choice of cooking you request
Steaks & Fillet: This choice of fish varieties will also clean in the same process on your request.
Prawn de-shell: Prawn varieties will be de-shelled on your request which is chargeable as mentioned in website. All size of prawns will be take in to this de-shell process and will be cleaned in normal fresh water without salt and turmeric.
Prawn de-vein: Prawn varieties will be de-veined on your request which is chargeable as mentioned in website. Small size prawns will not be de-veined due to its size.
Crab de-shell: Crab varieties will be de-shelled on your request which is chargeable as mentioned in website.
9. Concept packing
Once all the process is done as per the specification of your order, it get packed in “Eco friendly” packing and tagged with delivery information and takes to deliver.
All orders are delivered by our own delivery service. Delivery charges varies for different location.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, however in case of time delay in delivery due to rain or natural calamity we will mentioned it earlier to your given mobile number.
If you fail to accept delivery at the time when person is ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs, which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver, shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify us in full for such cost.
We may cancel a order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you the same and request for any alternatives or cancellation. This information will be passed to you when we process the order at early morning between 5 am – 7 am.
12. Return policy
All our orders while delivered are requested to recheck and pay, incase of any issue in quality of the product we request you to contact with our customer service person through the given centralized number and the order can be returned for no cost if it is COD terms of payment.
If we are the responsible person on delivers a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), its staff should inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund. We are responsible for all wrong or partial delivery.
